Description

Everyone has been told at some point in their life by their Doctor that they have scoliosis or a slight scoliosis. The entire right side of your back is stronger than the left side of your back. Thoracic and Lumbar on the right side of your back is too strong. You may have pain ranking from occasional to chronic. This could cause the vertebrae to be pulled toward the strong muscle causing the left side of the vertebrae to become too close to each other. This in turn can cause restriction of the nerves and blood supply to other parts of the body and organs, as well. Lay face down on the floor with your arms to your sides and your nose to the floor. Have a friend look from your head downward toward your bum. If the entire right side of your back stands taller than the left side of your back, you have this posture issue. Our exercises are safe and will isolate the weak muscle from the stronger muscle to allow you to correct the muscle imbalance, naturally!
