You may have pain ranking from occasional to chronic. This could cause the stronger muscle to pull the vertebrae to one side more which in turn causes nerve and blood restrictions to other areas of the body, including organs. Lay face down on the floor with your arms to your sides and your nose to the floor. Have a friend look from your head downward toward your bum. If the upper right side of your back stands taller than the upper left side and the lower left stands taller than the lower right side, you have this posture issue. You may only have part of this issue in either the upper or lower part of your back. If this is the case, you still need this program to correct the
